First impression - Well organized and a little easy on the eyes. Good amount of boards and average coding. I still think you could do more, let me explain. Skin/Template/Colors - Good job using shades of one color, i enjoy that. The one problem here is your highlight color. In my opinion, when you go over each board i dont need the entire board box to highlight. I would suggest removing this color and just leaving it the same color so that you only get an underline on the link that you want to highlight. To me this color is MUCH easier on the eyes and easier to follow rather than having a huge teal box light up every time my mouse goes over a board. Other than that it is very well put together. Coding - Good job here. Very nice welcome board. I would suggest using differnt colors. Right now it does not grab my attention at all because it is all just white text. Use some different colors or even some animation to grab the attention more. (by animation i mean like a scrolling list rather than a locked one). For me, the banner at the top does not work so i will not comment there. Your info center could use a lot of work. This is my favorite Info Center. This will give much more information and also pull more attention to your site. Your mini-profile's could use some personalization as well. Mini-profile Hacks. Topics/Theme - This is a good topic and is easily organized (different nations). It think you have done an EXCELLENT job on that. Final rate - 8/10. Not bad, coding could use work.
