Here we go...
Boards/Categories
You have a few and they are filled, which is a good sign. I suggest you get a few more categories and then get them filled so the site grows while the membership does.
Graphics
You don't have many graphics, you do need some. You don't have a banner and if you did it would bring more members to the site and make it better as it would give it a unique look. The affiliate banner looks sort of plain and boring, try to get one with animation and images. Our image staff will help you with that.
Skins
The colours of the skin match, which is good, but a nice background image that fits the site would make it look better. The text is good and the skin looks reat, but it just needs that little picture in the background.
Overall
Your site is good and I like it. The amount of members if great. The welcome table takes it to 5. Then the skin makes it 7. I'll give it a 9/10 Well done!
