Ok here we go
Graphics: these are pretty good love the background great idea and the new/old icons are great nice work i suggest that you maybe try getting some head/base images!!
Codes: Not much to say really like the table at the top and also the poll good work!!
Managment: Ok this is good so far but you dont have many members so its hard to tell. Everything looks good though its all to size nice work!!
Overall: 8/10
