At my board Desperate Need, in the help/advice area, I need helper staff. Those staff members are those who are required to help most situations of a member's problem. A regular Help Giver will help those or give advice on the board they're assigned to, a Private Help Giver will accept PMs if a member's problem is private. All the information is on the board in the Staff Reuqest forum located in the General catagory.
