Okay, first off, I have to say that this position, at the moment, would not be a regular staff position. There would be no powers.
Okay, that said, I have tried various GOAYB and other rating areas.. and have not had much luck improving my boards.
So I thought I might be able to get one or two good people who know the ins and outs of Proboards and might be able to "dissect" my board and let me know what I am doing wrong and what I can do to improve the look, feel, activity, etc. of the forum.
(This would be for my main general board, the Fire)
I wish I didn't need someone, but besides the fact that my co-admin is usually busy, I'd like to have someone who hasn't really been to the forum before so I could have a third party opinion and some advice.
So this would be more of a hands' on type of rating assignment with the two or three of us talking together and figuring things out.
Graphic and coding experience is not necessary.
