Boards/Categories/Content:You have way to many boards for the amount of members you have. Always adjust your board amount to ratio it with member amount.
You could make a lot of those sub-boards, combine some into one, or even remove some entirely. Remember, not every board idea will seem great to everyone else. Keep the big things, sacrifice the less important.
They are also badly organized. For instance, classes can all go in one board as sub-boards. You don't even have all the Hogwarts classes. For references of all of them you can drop by my site, Wizard Portus to see. They're all under the 'Classes' board.

GraphicsThe banner is ok. I stress ok because it is rather boring and could use something like a character or more texture to dramatize it. Also, the background is just a solid color. Image backgrounds really make the boards stand out.
You should also try making your own images for on/of icons.

Coding:I see almost literally no coding work here. First of all, center the items above the News Fader. Having them aligned to the left throws everything off. If they're html, a simple <div align="center"></div> tag will do the trick.
Also, center your banner. That will require you remodeling your PMs, most likely. I think a PM bar would do the trick.

Regardless, your site looks way too plain. You need to add images and

Skin:I hate to be so blunt, but it's terribly boring. I talked about this above, but let me stress once more:
Add graphics and more colors than just gray and orange. It looks like an empty Halloween theme, which I don't believe was you intention.
Don't forget that the boards must ALWAYS contrast from the background. If you have a light BG, make the boards dark and vice versa.
