Here in this world scientific exploration has caused reproduction of all things mythical, imaginary, and fictitious.
They, the Maradon as they've been named, have begun to over run this world and have caused great strife between towns, cities, and countries, throwing us into a dark age. Each one separating and becoming close knitted, forming their own governments as the national sorts couldn't protect the rights or health of it's citizens.
Here in Haret the self-established government has severely limited the amount of modern and cutting edge technology. Only professionals selected by the government may practice and use it. Haret has a very limited supply of medicine and health related machinery.
Anyone besides a professional caught using technology or most anything with a scientific edge will be prosecuted immediately.
Maradons found in town will be have no right to a jury and will be killed on sight.
