I really don't have anything to say about the boards. You don't have too many or too little and they're organized well.
The only thing I might suggest id for you to change the board highlight color to something darker than the boards. People like to know when they've highlighted something.

Graphics

The head/base images are great, but the banner is uber boring. The text needs to stand out and there's really nothing going on in the image. You need to make sure that your banner really stands out since it's the first thing someone will see when coming to your site. Put some more textures into it, contrast the text from it, and just make it pop.

Skin:

The skin isn't terrible, but it isn't great either. The forum border was done well and I like the blood splatter kind of thing, but you need to add more contrast in there. There's way too much white. Maybe you should change the board highlight color to a light red and other things to varying shades of red. It'd give the boards a lot more depth.

Any additional information:

I haven't a blasted clue what your site is about, and I have a feeling that this cluelessness extends to a lot of your visitors. It's a rather obscure theme and because of this, you should put a table of sorts at the top under the menu. The table should concisely explain what your site is about and offers in a fun, welcoming manner; and you should maybe supply some links to specific places or even some images.
If people know what a site is about, they're much more likely to join it.
