First impression - I saw TWO things off the bat as i saw your site. First, you have a image problem in the chat button up top. Also there is something wrong with your code. It looks like you did not close something. (obviously with the background).

Skin/Template/Colors - Cant really say anything, its not yours.

Coding - Good job here. Your info center is nice. I would suggest making a welcome center to make it more exciting. Really nothing else you could do here. Good job modifying your mini-profiles.

Topics/Theme - Your theme kinda seems to be all around the place. I dont see a really main theme and it seems very unorganized. If you want to draw members make it a specific theme (even if that theme is "General"). One thing i did notice was you have NOTHING under your main title of your boards. You need a "subtitle" so members/guests know what is in there.

Final rate - 8/10. You used a very common template and it seems a bit unorganized. Keep workin at it!
