First impression - Very very vibrant colors, which makes it hard to read. I would suggest maybe darker colors and utilization of the concept of "shading" (using one color but just different shades of that one color). Definitly need personalization. Skin/Template/Colors - Here is where you really need help. My suggestions would be to def make the text color different. It is EXTREMELY hard on the eyes and i would NOT want to read that for long periods of time, especially the light blue. I would maybe change this to a white. You changed it mid rate so what you have changes is very good and easier to read. Good job. Coding - This you could use help as well. You need a more informative info center. Right now it is default. Try useing some Info Center Hacks. This should spice up your forum some. Also i would suggest a welcome cetner. Use that same link index to find some. Also i would look into maybe changing up your mini-profile or something. Anything you can do to make your forum more unique is good. Topics/Theme - Good theme pleasing everybody. I think you should be able to find memebers well. You seem to have a problem with the title of the forum. The text is kindof just over to the right in the middle of nowhere at the top. Good luck finding memebers! Final rate - 8/10. Basically no coding hurt your rate. Get some codes in there and change up some colors and you should be fine! GOOD LUCK!

Just be sure to check your links for yourself before you post them for others to use in a rate.

Okay now what's the deal about those codes cause I don't think I'm quite understanding those at all.

SoCal and Solid Snake designs have some pretty decent codes for your forums as well. Advertise on here, ProBoards Support and Phazon Pages.
