Boards/Categories:
You don't have many categories, but I believe its best to start off small and then as your members grow, the site grows. Some of the boards are empty and boring. I'd probably say, add more to the descriptions, but that's up to you.

Graphics
I like the banner and the affiliate button. I suggest you redo the affiliate button since you can't read the text. I suggest you get some head and base images and some custom icons. I'd also like to see some gradients up there.

Content
The content is quite good, though some of the boards still have zero's on them. Try to fill them up otherwise no one will ever post in them. I like the welcome table, even though its a bit plain. I'd add some important links and leave all the housepoints on one side.

Skin:
The backgrond is good, but the site needs a background image that fits the screen. Most of the site is purple, which doesn't make it look that good. Different shades of purple would look better. The yellow text is a bit odd as it doesn't fit in with the rest of the skin.

Boards/Categories:
I like your categories, but, try to be more creative about the 'Important First Things' and the 'Character Things'. Try to come up with a better name. But, the others are fine to me. Your board amount is average for a Harry Potter RPG, but, it would look better if your board descriptions are more... descriptive. ^^

Graphics
I like your banner very much, but, try resizing it so that it fits the width of the welcome table as the one thing bothering me is the Title Gradient. It looks nice, but it's kind of interfering the banner. But, the gradient looks good. I could see that you took the On/Off icons from the Proboards Support Premade Graphics, but it still looks good, though. I like your Affiliate Banner, so, good job on it, but, why not make it 88x31? Or 100x31? And probably make the words clearer to see?

Okay, your posts are average for your board, but I do suggest that you fill some posts up. But, it may take some time covering up those zeroes, but, still, at least your posts are at average and is just common for a HP board. But, at least try to make the threads you have active?

I really like your skin, xme. It matches your gradient, but, try to make the colors blend with the background and the banner. It should look nicer that way. I like your Board/Thread Highlight color. Good job on it.
