well firstly members you need to advertise your site as much as you can. There are to many boards for the amount of members you have some dont even have 1 post in!! Try adding an affiliates table i will make you a small banner you can get the code form most sites.

Where you see the red you will put the Minibanners of the forum you are affiliated with. These will usually look like :

Where you see the purple, you should put the URL to your Minibaner (If you don't have a minibanner, request one in the graphics board )

The blue is where you need to put the URL to a thread or board where you can share affiliate information with other forums, such as them giving you their affiliate code and so they can get your affiliates code.
