Graphics
You skin looks nice. I love the grad. Maybe you could change the user online and the information to something more red. instead of having that text menu with the [ ] you should make a text yourself and then put it there. 9/10

Board and other
If I don't get this done I'll get it done tommorow. There is a code that gets your ads above the welcome table. Maybe that will help. So you don't have a big split there. Maybe you want to put your rules on your table you made. It would help. I'll do the rest later I got to go.
