Graphics Person [Needed]

I need someone who is skilled with making graphics and is willing to do the job and can do it well. Its a need for speed forum, so thats the type of graphics. Mainly banners, avatars and sigs will be needed but only rarely will they be needed. You dont need to fill requests, just make good graphics for the forum. Heres the link!
