In need of staff

I am going to open a news and gossip related forum. It will be about current events and past events. There will be a general cat, but I want to focus attention on the core concept of the forum. We will be using a free remotely hosted forum at first (Proboards) but if this forums becomes successful like I think it definitely will be, then I will buy a domain. To be a moderator, you need no experience with the software. Only the admin position requires that.

1 Administrator
He/she will oversee the forum. They must be able to make smart decisions on their own. Must have excellent admin skills and some Proboards exp. Last, if they could design that would help a lot too.

2 Global Mods
They will read posts on the forum and ensure they conform to the forum rules. Because of the forum concept, there may be heated debates in which they will have to step in.

3-4 Mods
They will have to submit content and start discussions as well as keep their board in order. Will help in making decisions for the forum.

You need to have an interest in new and/or celebrity gossip. Age 14+ of course. These positions will be volunteer until we switch to a domain. Any other questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks!
