The war has raged for centuries under the cover of darkness. Two races are at war and nothing will stop them.
An underlying hatred that has caused them to act.
The Vampires are a race of upper class aristocracy. Most live a life of pleasure in Budapest's great mansion. Ordoghaz, a coven concealed by lies and run by the powerful Elder Viktor. He is known as the fist of the vampires and those who were sired by him are known for their greater powers but only few are chosen by this Elder. As he is in sleeping the coven is being run by his trustworthy second. Kraven. A vampire fueld by greed he seeks to overpower the Elders and run the coven himself, under his own command, his own rule. Followed by his group of vampires they are sly and cunning as for over a century now they have been making deals with the enemy.
Once the slaves to the Vampires the Lycans are now at war with their masters. Although the vampires are forbidden into looking into their past they are told that the lycans started the war. Their hatred fed against them under Viktor's reign and the lycans are no different. There's just a little more truth in it.
Lucian is the Alpha of the only pack in Budapest, the city is slowly becoming overrun with the big bad wolves. Their strengths go far beyond that of a vampires but the Vampire is far beyond them with agility. Both races having different advantages they fight their wars in different ways but as the Lycan race work on tracking down a human, Michael Corvin they are able to perform under secrecy. That is almost anyway, Selene one of the Vampire's death dealers is getting dangerously close to the truth. After spotting the lycans following several different humans questions have been raised. Questions that re ignored by the rest of the vampire coven and the death dealers but not by Kraven.
He is having to constantly enforce Viktors' rule.
The truth is slowly coming to the surface and Alexander Corvinus is having to constantly clean up after the mess his son's monsters are leaving behind. The war is becoming more violent...
