Have your say on wether or not you believe there is a god!
I will get us started by saying that firstly i think the most important thing to understand before asking if there is a god is to understand what this God does!

I don't believe in God. It's almost like a fairy tale: there's a nice man in the sky, and if you're good and do whatever he tells you to do, you'll be able to go to the paradise. But if you go against him, he'll make you burn in Hell for all of eternity. And even if there was a god, I wouldn't like him. In the Old Testament (I forget which book), he tells the men that are taking over an "evil" city to take all the virgins for themselves. And if I'm not mistaken (I may be confusing the Bible with another book), he punishes a girl for not letting her father impregnate her.  |

That is something i have always wondered is that if there is a god is he a nice man?
Specially the way the world is even if there is something we have done wrong what kind of person would punish people with earthquakes tidal waves ??

I say yes but after watching the zeitgiest movie i have started questioning religion all together and how most of them relate relatively close to eachother

I would have to say that yes, I do believe that there is a God out there. However, I cannot say I'm sure that I know exactly who that God is. I keep trying to believe in the christian God, but it just keeps getting harder and harder to believe in him.

Now I can conclude that there are many people in here who believes in him but don't know who really he is. I do belong on that area of perspective that there are doubts if he really exist because we people are intelligent enough just to believe what we do not see. It's just like you are believing in ghost but at the first place you haven't seen one right? Unluckily we are not born in Jesus time so we have nothing more to say but if you believe what was written in the bible that means you do believe in God and believe those who have witness him in his time. I can say that there's nothing wrong of believing someone you haven't seen if by doing that you are going into the right way and that makes you feel better.
