I am the head admin on a role playing board that is starting over roughly from scratch. We've changed our forum software, our game background, and a number of cannons. We did all of this with just two admins. In the past though we've always had a third admin which quite frankly made up a big third of our team. So now we are in search of another staff member that will hopefully at least partially fill that former admin's shoes.
All in all we need someone that loves to role play and that will be active. We also need someone that is creative and can contribute to the board in several ways including helping with plots, etc. At the same time this staff member to be will have to be interested in the entertainment industry and what goes on behind the scenes of it to a decent extent. Our board has always been based on the behind the scenes of the entertainment industry, and that will never change.
So if you think you're up to the task or might be up to the task post here or send me a personal message.
