New Naruto RPG just started. Need Kage Positions filled and some mods. The story is set during the time of naruto but not restricted to it. Some Cannon Char’s are available but that doesn’t mean you have to have one to get into the major groups like the Akatsuki or Hokage. If your own creation character gets in first he will not be booted for a cannon. New fighting system that creates a less god-modish environment with audited fights, where the winner is chosen by an objective third party not by who gets the last post in.
